The Nutrafol Hats Off to the World Series Sweepstakes Official Rules

The Nutrafol Hats Off to the World Series Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees and directors of Nutraceutical Wellness Inc., the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants (each, an "Entrant" and collectively, the "Entrants") acknowledge they have read and agree to comply with and be bound by these "Official Rules," and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, interpretation of the Official Rules. "MLB Entities" means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLB"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. To enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes begins on September 29, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends October 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

1. Become a New Subscriber. When you become a new subscriber for any Nutrafol product you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. If you are already a subscriber and receive a Nutrafol product you are not eligible to receive an entry for this method.
2. Complete a Survey. If you are already a Nutrafol customer you may have the opportunity to complete a survey. If you complete the survey you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
3. Complete an Online Form. When you complete the online form located at nutrafol.com/partner/mlb/entry you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Nutrafol account or email accounts. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Nutrafol accounts or email accounts or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

On or about October 16, 2025, Sponsor will select two (2) entries for the grand prizes described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. Sponsor will send each potential winner an email that advises them that they are a potential grand prize winner. The email will include instructions from Sponsor that each potential prize winner must complete before he or she can be declared a prize winner and eligible to claim a prize. In the event the potential prize winner fails to adhere to Sponsor's instructions, the potential prize winner may be disqualified from the Sponsor and ineligible to claim a prize or receive any type of compensation. Potential prize winner must respond to Sponsor's email within twenty four hours (24) hours unless another time frame is stated in the email. Limit of one prize per person.

Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the "Affidavit") by the date specified by Sponsor, or an alternate potential winner may be selected. In the event (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or the potential winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable, (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason, (c) of noncompliance with these Official Rules or any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, or (e) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing, from among the other eligible entries received, as described in Section 5 above. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of alternate potential winner, if any.

Two (2) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive the following prize package:

• Two (2) tickets to one (1) 2025 MLB World Series game including round trip airfare and hotel accommodations for two (2) nights. Full details and terms below.

• 1 year supply of Nutrafol HGN of choice ($1,056 value)

• Nutrafol and MLB swag bag ($300 value)

Approximate retail value of each grand prize is $5,300.

World Series Experience Details

Sponsor, in its sole discretion will determine the location and the date of the World Series game. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to city where the World Series game is played (the "City") consisting of the following: round-trip airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the City from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence, three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the World Series Game.

The specifics of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the Grand Prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility.

Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline, flight itinerary and hotel and accommodations in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and ARV. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. All travel must be completed on dates specified by the Sponsor. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on stated dates Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. All travel dates will be determined by the Sponsor and once made may not be altered except by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, upgrades, or any other personal expenses incurred are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel the same itinerary and, on the dates, and/or times specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If winner lives within 150 miles of City, ground transportation may be provided instead of airfare. Once the travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except if requested in advance in writing to Sponsor, and at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any identification documents necessary for travel and hotel check in. Travel companion of winner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and must sign a Liability and Publicity Release. If potential winner's travel companion fails to return such documents within date and/or time indicated within such documents, then the potential winner may forfeit the right to the travel companion. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny entry to or to remove the grand prize winner and cancel the trip if the Grand Prize Winner engages in disruptive behavior or behaves in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during the Trip.

Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Sponsor, which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of game under the winner's name. Winners must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at the game. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all venue and game policies to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who they may deem in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any policy or law, and/or may bring the MiLB, MLB Entities and/or Sponsor into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the game. Resale of game tickets is prohibited. Should the game be canceled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Alcohol is not awarded with the prize.

Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner (or parent / legal guardian if winner is a minor) is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $5,300.

Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Grand Prize Winner acknowledges that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.

Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that:

"A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist.

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner's acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner's name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize related activities. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any Website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple Instagram accounts or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire Sweepstakes, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or award the prize from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of registrations; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's registration is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of each prize will be awarded.

Except where prohibited, by participating, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, administration, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an entrant and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of actions arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorney’s fees; (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be subject to jurisdiction in the Federal and State courts of New York and agree that all disputes relating in any way to this Sweepstakes must be resolved in the courts of New York. Entrants agree not to raise the defense of forum non convenience.
