Hair Serum should be applied once a day, every day directly to the scalp. Section your hair with the dropper tip and apply just enough serum to lightly cover the areas of concern. Massage the serum into your scalp with your fingertips and do not rinse. Since you’re focusing application on the scalp, it can be used on either dry or damp, towel-dried hair.
